Перенаправление звука в Windows + EarTrumpet, VoiceMeeter and Virtual Audio Cable

Преамбула:
Есть запись голоса или видео собрания. Необходимо оцифровать (преобразовать) звук в текст.
Это под силу практически даже Google Translate.
Но есть проблема - запись не может быть подана на вход встроенного микрофона.

Задача:
Необходимо перенаправить звук из воспроизводимого видео или аудио как-будто он подается на микрофон компьютера
